Understanding yourself

without losing yourself.

MY APPROACH

Understanding Different Ways of Experiencing the World

Every person experiences and interacts with the world differently. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand those differences, not as something that needs to be fixed, but as part of who you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, or another life challenge, my goal is to help you better understand yourself while building practical tools that support the life you want to create.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Therapy begins with a conversation.

Therapy begins as a conversation, but it quickly becomes a place to better understand how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. There is no expectation that you'll have everything figured out before you begin. We'll start with your experiences, your goals, and what matters most to you.

My role isn't to change who you are. It's to help you better understand yourself, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful growth.

Because change begins with understanding.

HOW I CAN HELP

Areas of Focus

People rarely come to therapy because they have a diagnosis. More often, they come because something in life no longer feels sustainable. These are some of the concerns I commonly help clients explore.

Autism

Supporting autistic individuals in understanding themselves, navigating relationships, and building on their strengths.

ADHD

Working with your brain—not against it.

Anxiety

Finding steadiness when worry begins to take over.

Depression

Finding hope when life begins to feel heavy.

Life transitions

Working with seasons of change

Trauma

Understanding experiences that continue to influence the present.

Relationships

Building healthier connections while remaining true to yourself.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

The perspectiveI bring

I believe therapy should honor the individuality of every person. No two people experience the world in exactly the same way, which is why I approach therapy with flexibility, collaboration, and genuine curiosity. Rather than expecting clients to fit a particular model, I tailor therapy to each person's strengths, goals, and lived experiences.

My work draws from evidence-based approaches while recognizing that effective therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I have particular experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including autistic adults and those with ADHD, helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical strategies that fit the way they naturally think and experience the world.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, or life transitions, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported in moving toward the life you want to build.
